Getting Started

How to Log a Workout

Your first session takes about two minutes to set up. Here's what to do when you open the app.

1

Create a free account

Sign up with your email — no payment info, no App Store. Your workouts sync to the cloud so you never lose your history if you switch phones.

2

Tap + to add your first exercise

Hit the + button on the Today tab. Search for an exercise by name, or browse by muscle group. Can't find yours? Create a custom exercise in seconds.

3

Pick your equipment type

Choose Barbell (with plate visualizer), Dumbbell, Machine, or Other. The barbell view lets you tap plates on and off to calculate total weight — no math needed.

4

Log weight and reps per set

Enter reps for each individual set — not just a total. This is the key difference from most trackers. Your data stays honest: if set 3 dropped from 8 to 5 reps, that's recorded.

5

Check History and Stats

The History tab shows every past session by date. The Stats tab tracks your PRs automatically and shows a training heatmap so you can see consistency at a glance.
